LP Moves Corporate Headquarters to Nashville, Tenn.
NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 1, 2004--Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (LP) (NYSE:LPX) announced today that its corporate headquarters has "officially" transitioned from Portland, Ore., to Nashville, Tenn.
The address for the new location is 414 Union Street, Suite 2000, Nashville, TN 37219.

LP's transition to its new headquarters is occurring in two phases. The majority of the employees relocating in the first phase are expected to be in place this summer. Employees in the second phase are expected to relocate in the summer of 2005. Once the transition is complete, LP anticipates employing more than 180 employees at three facilities in the Nashville area. In addition to its headquarters in downtown Nashville, LP is establishing a research and development center in Franklin and a flight operation in Smyrna.
