LP Names Ann Harris Vice President of Human Resources
NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 30, 2005--Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (LP) (NYSE:LPX) announced today that it has named Ann Harris as vice president of Human Resources. In her new role, Harris, will be responsible for all Human Resources functions and will be a member of LP's Senior Management team.
Harris joins LP from The Shaw Group, Inc., where she served as vice president of Human Resources since 2002. In addition, Harris has held positions with Boeing, Dow Chemical and The IT Group.

Harris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Maryville College in Maryville, Tenn.
