Ozey K. Horton, Jr.
Ozey K. Horton Jr., age 75, became a director of LP in 2016. Mr. Horton has been a Director Emeritus of McKinsey & Company, a global management and consulting firm, since 2011, when he retired after nearly 30 years with the firm. At McKinsey & Company, Mr. Horton worked in various practice areas around the globe, including Pulp, Paper and Packaging, Industrial, Change Management, Global Operations in Energy and Materials, and Basic Materials. Mr. Horton is a faculty member for McKinsey & Company’s leadership development program and also serves as an independent business advisor. Mr. Horton also serves as a director of Worthington Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: WOR). Mr. Horton graduated from Duke University with a bachelor of science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and from Harvard Business School with an M.B.A.
